When evening falls, it\u2019s time for Nochevieja, New Year\u2019s Eve, known as Cap d\u2019Any in Catalan. Here, you don\u2019t ring in the New Year without the twelve lucky grapes: at midnight, you swallow one with every chime of the bell, with family or friends. Missing any means you\u2019ll be teased, whilst getting them all right ensures a happy new year.
