The Traditional Heart of Mallorca – Gastronomy & Craftsmanship Experience invites you to discover the cultural essence of the island through its flavours and artisanal heritage.

Throughout the day, you explore preserved inland villages far from the main tourist areas, where authentic Mallorcan life continues at its own rhythm.

Your journey begins with a wine tasting in Binissalem, the island’s most renowned wine region. In a traditional bodega, you sample local grape varieties while learning about Mallorca’s viticultural history.

The experience continues with a typical Mallorcan lunch in a local restaurant, highlighting fresh regional ingredients and traditional recipes.

You then discover Mallorcan craftsmanship at the Lafiore glass workshop, where artisans master the delicate art of glass blowing, preserving a long-standing tradition.

The day concludes in Caimari with an olive oil tasting at the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana, where modern techniques and ancestral traditions meet.
