The Gastronomic Evening in Mallorca – A Signature Culinary Experience invites you to immerse yourself in the island’s culinary traditions through flavours, wines and shared moments.

Accompanied by a passionate epicurean Amigo, you explore the secrets of Mallorca’s wine regions while tasting carefully selected local wines at a scenic location overlooking the Serra de Tramuntana.

As the evening unfolds, you head to a hidden restaurant frequented mainly by locals. Here, you enjoy a traditional Mallorcan dinner prepared with authentic regional ingredients.

This Signature experience, limited to just 8 guests, celebrates the Mallorcan art of living in an intimate and refined atmosphere.

  Nous avons été accueillis par Nathalie , la représentante évasion authentique dans notre hôtel . Après nous avoir aidé, nous avons choisi l’excursion ,Vall de Sóller . Un petit groupe de 8 Français et une accompagnatrice en or . Edwige ,nous a guidé de la meilleur des façons dans la bonne humeur à travers cette journée de découverte !   Nous avons fait l'excursion aujourd'hui avec évasion authentic représentée par Edwige.  Elle nous a emmené visiter palma de majorque. Guide parfaite avec le sourire, à notre écoute et nous à la sienne lorsqu elle nous explique l'histoire de cette ville. C'est captivant. Merci Edwige de ta bonne humeur qui a gagné tout le groupe de français que nous formions et qui nous a permis d'échanger entre touristes qui ne se connaissaient pas.
