With this Freedom Experience, Mallorcan gastronomy is not something you simply taste: you take part in preparing the meal yourself.

Alongside your hosts, step into the world of Can Blai and discover the products and flavours of the island. Over approximately three hours, cooking, knowledge-sharing and conviviality come together to offer an authentic introduction to local culinary traditions.

Your Evasion Authentic roadmap guides you to the activity in your own vehicle. We take care of the booking and organisation beforehand, so you can simply enjoy the workshop once you arrive.

Discover Mallorcan products and culinary traditions

The experience begins with the discovery of the products and flavours of the island that will be used to prepare your menu. The recipes are inspired by local cuisine and traditions and make use of seasonal ingredients.

But here, you are not simply watching. You take part in preparing the menu alongside your hosts, sharing techniques, conversations and little cooking secrets throughout the workshop. This hands-on aspect is what makes the experience so special: discovering Mallorcan gastronomy by preparing it yourself.

  Excursion d'une journée super 🤩 : plage paradisiaque, resto, grotte d'Arta et phare de Capdepera avec Alessandro. Alessandro est un guide au top.   Très chouette journée autour de Soller avec Mathilde - guide au top! Départ de l’hôtel en van confortable, en comité restreint (8) pour une très belle découverte de Soller, son port, le tramway , fornalutx avec un repas simple mais rassasiant et fait de spécialités locales (nous ramenons dans nos valises la recette du Tinto de verano malgré les réticences avant d’y goûter😅) puis un retour en train d’époque . Notre meilleure journée sur l’île, je recommande ces journées guidées avec un guide local, qui nous raconte l’histoire de l’île (mais pas trop non plus, juste ce qu’il faut) , c’était génial! Nous avons fait la visite de Sóller et de Fornalutx puis on est redescendu avec le petit train , notre guide a était très professionnelle on voit qu’elle est passionné par l’histoire de son île de Majorque c’est passionnant .
