Valldemossa Mallorca – Why is the Tramuntana road so famous?

Located in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Serra de Tramuntana, Valldemossa Mallorca offers a unique combination of dramatic nature and cultural heritage.

The scenic road leading to the village passes through terraced landscapes, ancient olive groves and cliffs plunging into the Mediterranean. Several photo stops are included along the way to admire some of the island’s most breathtaking viewpoints.

In Valldemossa, you will explore a legendary village known for its traditional stone houses, flower-filled streets and timeless atmosphere. You will walk in the footsteps of George Sand and Frédéric Chopin, as well as Santa Catalina Tomàs, the island’s only native saint.

The day also includes a traditional Mallorcan lunch served in a historic former mill, followed by free time to fully enjoy the charm of the village.
