A Serra de Tramuntana tour from Sóller to Valldemossa

Treasures of Mallorca is a full-day journey through one of the island’s most distinctive regions. This Serra de Tramuntana tour combines mountain villages, cultural heritage, Mediterranean scenery and Mallorcan food.

Accompanied by your Amig@ and travelling in a small group of no more than eight people, you begin by discovering Sóller and its port before continuing along the famous MA-10 road.

The route itself is an important part of the experience. As it winds through the Tramuntana, the MA-10 offers impressive views over the Mediterranean and the surrounding mountain scenery.

Rather than focusing on one single destination, the excursion brings together several places that each reveal a different aspect of this part of Mallorca.

One of these is Son Marroig, the former residence of Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria. This cultural stop adds a historical dimension to the spectacular landscapes that surround the route.

Your journey continues to Valldemossa, a village closely associated with the island’s cultural history. The programme includes the possibility of visiting the Valldemossa Charterhouse, famous for having hosted George Sand and Frédéric Chopin during their stay in 1838.

Food is also part of the experience.

During the day, you enjoy a traditional Mallorcan lunch, with a choice of several local specialities prepared using fresh produce. It is an opportunity to discover another side of Mallorca through its cuisine while taking a break from the day’s sightseeing.

Your day begins with Sóller and its port, both included among the key villages featured on the excursion.

Take in the atmosphere of this part of Mallorca before continuing further into the Serra de Tramuntana.

During the excursion, stop for a traditional Mallorcan lunch. You can enjoy a choice of local specialities prepared with fresh, flavourful ingredients.

This meal provides a relaxed break during the day while also introducing you to Mallorca through its local cuisine.

Travel along the MA-10 through the Tramuntana

The journey continues along the MA-10 road. As you travel through the mountain range, enjoy wide views across the Mediterranean and the Serra de Tramuntana.

The road links the different stages of the excursion while making the landscape itself an important part of the experience.

Son Marroig and Mallorca’s cultural heritage

Another stop on your route is Son Marroig, the former residence of Archduke Ludwig Salvator of Austria.

Visit Valldemossa

The final part of the experience takes you to Valldemossa.

  Nous avons fait l'excursion aujourd'hui avec évasion authentic représentée par Edwige.  Elle nous a emmené visiter palma de majorque. Guide parfaite avec le sourire, à notre écoute et nous à la sienne lorsqu elle nous explique l'histoire de cette ville. C'est captivant. Merci Edwige de ta bonne humeur qui a gagné tout le groupe de français que nous formions et qui nous a permis d'échanger entre touristes qui ne se connaissaient pas.   Nous avons passé une journée exceptionnelle avec notre guide Étienne ! Entre la plage, le restaurant et la visite de la grotte, tout était parfaitement organisé et réalisé dans une ambiance conviviale et pleine de bonne humeur. Étienne a été un guide attentionné, de très bons conseils, passionné et surtout très agréable. Nous étions un groupe de sept personnes et l’expérience a été aussi belle grâce aux activités qu’aux moments de partage. Une superbe journée, riche en découvertes et en belles rencontres humaines.
