Olive Oil Blending Workshop

Step behind the scenes of the Tramuntana’s “liquid gold” during an experience at an olive mill in the Serra.

Discover different olive varieties grown on the island, including Arbequina, Picual and Empeltre, and learn how to taste olive oil like a professional: aromas, bitterness, pepperiness and notes of fresh grass or almond.

Then put what you have learned into practice.

Guided by the mill’s expert, you will create your own personalised olive oil blend, adjusting it to your own tastes.
