Create an olive oil that truly reflects your taste in the heart of Mallorca.

Discover the Casa Limbella olive grove, taste different olive oil profiles and create your own blend using three distinctive oils: mild, green and intense. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with two 100 ml bottles of your own creation.

Olive oil workshop in Mallorca: taste, blend and create

During this approximately three-hour Freedom Experience, step into the world of olive oil with a sensory and hands-on workshop at our partner.

Your Evasion Authentic roadmap guides you to the meeting point in your own vehicle. We take care of the booking and organisation beforehand, so you can simply enjoy the experience once you arrive.

Discover the olive grove and learn how to taste olive oil

The workshop begins with a visit to the olive grove, followed by a guided olive oil tasting.

Take the time to observe, taste and discover the differences between several aromatic profiles. The experience combines knowledge-sharing, discovery and sensory exploration in a friendly atmosphere.

Create your own olive oil blend

Then comes the most original part of the workshop: creating your own oil.

Using three olive oils with mild, green and intense profiles, you can experiment with different combinations and find the balance that best suits your taste. You will create your own unique and personal blend.

Take your creation home

Once your blend is complete, you will leave with two 100 ml bottles of extra virgin olive oil made from your own composition. A delicious souvenir of Mallorca and a lasting reminder of an experience you created yourself. The workshop is suitable from age 8.

  Excursion d'une journée super 🤩 : plage paradisiaque, resto, grotte d'Arta et phare de Capdepera avec Alessandro. Alessandro est un guide au top.   Très chouette journée autour de Soller avec Mathilde - guide au top! Départ de l’hôtel en van confortable, en comité restreint (8) pour une très belle découverte de Soller, son port, le tramway , fornalutx avec un repas simple mais rassasiant et fait de spécialités locales (nous ramenons dans nos valises la recette du Tinto de verano malgré les réticences avant d’y goûter😅) puis un retour en train d’époque . Notre meilleure journée sur l’île, je recommande ces journées guidées avec un guide local, qui nous raconte l’histoire de l’île (mais pas trop non plus, juste ce qu’il faut) , c’était génial! Nous avons fait la visite de Sóller et de Fornalutx puis on est redescendu avec le petit train , notre guide a était très professionnelle on voit qu’elle est passionné par l’histoire de son île de Majorque c’est passionnant .
